September 21 is the day when S.Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University hosts the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Scientific Foundations of Mashkhur Studies - the National Idea “Mangilik El”, dedicated to the 160th anniversary of M.Zh. Kopeyev.
 Distinguished experts in the field of linguistics, philology, history and philosophy will discuss the multiaspectual themes of M. Kopeyev`s works during the conference.
 A documentary film will be shown within the framework of the conference, as well as rewarding schoolchildren and their mentors with letters of appreciation for their contribution to the study and popularization of the cultural heritage of M.Zh. Kopeyev.
 The feature of the conference will be an online broadcast. Thus, about 3000 people from the areas of Pavlodar region and more than 350 young scientists and students of PSU will participate in the conference.
 On the same day, a presentation of the collection of illustrated stories for children “Mashkhur Zhussip Alemi" will be held. The author of fairy tales, written on motives of M.Zh. Kopeyev’s work is Professor Engilika Zhumatayeva, Doctor of Pedagogy, a director of the scientific and practical center for ethno-pedagogy and innovative technologies of education named after Zh. Aymauytov. It should be noted that the illustrations were made by students of the Faculty of Architecture and Construction.
 An exhibition of books on the spiritual and historical heritage of M.Zh. Kopeyev from the collections of rare editions of the University Scientific Library named after S. Beisembayev will be held at the entrance of the concert hall
 Let us recall that a scientific and practical center has been functioning in the university since 2004, a new mausoleum was built in 2006, a cabinet-museum named after our outstanding compatriot was opened, a discipline “Mashkhur studies" was introduced, a 20-volume collection of the writer`s works and the encyclopedia of M.Zh. Kopeyev were published. The number of young researchers of M.Zh. Kopeyev`s heritage is increasing not only in Kazakhstan, but also in America, Turkey, Japan, etc.
 Guests will be welcomed by foreign scientists from India and Poland. Krishan Lobiyal - Professor, PhD in Computer Sciences and Dean of the School of Computer & Systems Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University (New Delhi, India). And representative of the Institute of Archeology of the University of Warsaw Michal Adamiak, who will join us online.
